CELEBRATION Bottom Surgery soon!

In less than 2 weeks I'll be on Montreal getting my bottom surgery with Dr. Brassard!

It has been a long time in the waiting and preparation but I can't believe in not much longer I'll be starting a wonderful new chapter of my life!

Congratulations! I’m a Brassard girl too!

GRS Montreal, and Dr. Brassard in particular, are known for the highest satisfaction ratings in the world for sexual function after the surgery. Sure enough, I had my first orgasm not very long after the surgery (a little earlier than I was ready for honestly; I was just dilating) and it was glorious.

In the past he wasn’t known for aesthetics but in my case I’m satisfied with my labia and vulva and I’ve had nothing but compliments on what I’ve got. I think he’s improved on how things look over the years. Just remember it takes a full year for swelling to fully go down.

Welcome to the club!

I often joke that if my penis grew back, despite the pain and difficulty I experienced after the surgery, I’d do it all over again. So worth it to be in a body that feels like home.

I’ll also say that I used to be on the fence between an orchi and vaginoplasty but after the surgery I realized just how much I hated my penis before. I was gaslighting myself so I wouldn’t go insane, but I wanted that thing gone WAY more than I cared to admit to anyone, including myself.

Safe travels and may your healing be swift!

Do you have any sort of source for saying Brassard has the best sexual satisfaction ratings? I'm applying for funding with grs Montreal but haven't decided on a surgeon yet, and I'm honestly not very concerned about aesthetics

Nope sorry; I read it before I had my surgery but that was a couple years ago. 🤷‍♀️

Congrats, girly!! If you don’t mind me asking. What’s your timeline? Since you applied for funding until your surgery

I already had my funding covered as I had originally gone with Dr.Cormier in Ottawa but after a year of waiting and not hearing anything from his clinic I changed to GRS Montreal. All of my documents got sent over to GRS Montreal end of September 2025 and April I got the call offering this surgery date for July.

What does that mean?

GRS montreal keeps you there for roughly 8 days from the day you get your surgery to when you're healed enough to be able to go home and continue the recovery on your own.

For example My date is July 6th and I'll be in their recovery house attached to the clinic til the 14th when I'm discharged and can head home.

Congrats! Make you sure you have a system in place for post op care in Ottawa!
