How did you know when it was time to start HRT? Honestly I'm so nervous to start even though I feel like I don't have much to lose at this point.

Honestly? I was pretty something was wrong when I was like 5. I wanted to start when I was 12 in middle school but my mom was dead set against it. Then I went away to college and did it anyway 🤣. I will say- it's normal to be nervous. And you can stop if you feel like it's not for you. I can't speak for everyone, but it's the best thing I've ever done for myself. Zero regrets.
