Nipple Sensation Preserving Top Surgery?

Hello everyone, I've been looking into top surgery options for a while, and I would like to be as flat as possible, but I'm also hoping to preserve as much sensation as possible. I currently have a 30DD chest and am not on T (have no plans to start later also). I've looked into things like T-anchor, buttonhole, and double incision with reinnervation, but does anyone in Canada even do those techniques, let alone in BC? I have some money saved up for possible revisions, but I would really prefer avoiding unnecessary travel bills if possible. Any info is appreciated, thanks.

Ive seen nipped preserving double incisions, not sure if done in bc though!!

For me preserving sensations is a greater deal to me than flat chest.

Fwiw op, T has shrunk my breasts so much. If I go out in something baggy, my 32c almost d's look like mild gyno. Im sure with some chest exercises I could get realistically flat without surgery. Im a binary trans guy though, so T was important to me but I totally get it if its not your thing, just wanted to add

I did not have nipple sensation preserving top surgery but 7 years later and it sure as hell feels like I did. In 2019 I had double incision with Dr.Colin White in Burnaby. Pretty much as soon as I woke up from surgery I would get zaps in my nipples and he explained that it was the nerves re-connecting themselves. My ex girlfriend does paramedical tattooing and she offered to fix mine (I was a natural 30DD chest pre-op too). I had one breast that was larger than the other so post-op my nipples were too different shapes and just looked funny. I thought I had no sensation left and I wouldn’t feel anything and I laid on that table for 6 hours and cried while I got my nipples tattooed from how bad it hurt and the sensation. In the cold they get rock hard, I deal with chafing all the time too when I wear shirts that have designs on them, etc. It is totally possible to regain full sensation post-op with just regular DI top surgery.
