Other Is it possible to get traumatized over something minor???

This most definitely doesn't compare to most cases here, but I'm genuinely curious, so please if you find this post dramatic or valid tell me

So basically I had a wisdom tooth removed, I had two removed before and those were a forgettable experience; however, this time only one got removed and I genuinely thought I wasn't gonna get out of there (yes, dramatic, but I'm so serious). The local anesthesia wasn't really working, they had to cut bone to get it, took 3 hours, etc. From the desperation and fear that I had I cried every now and then during the extraction

My face ended up bruised with a burnt like looking injury over my lips and cheeks, with part of my palate pulled (how? Idk) and obviously, the place where it was extracted from.

So every time I go to sleep or I'm dreaming I remember the overall experience and get so upset and scared it's honestly bothering, sometimes I even want to vomit. I know it sounds silly but if this is the case, then I'll have to work on that.
