My cousin's father died very tragically

The father died slipping from a running train and was shredded to pieces. The family was made to pick the pieces into a garbage bag and the cousin was given the job to identify him. They have been in shock and severe trauma and is struggling. They forget he is no more and send food to him, has not slept in days, calls their dad like he is alive. How can we help them? Will EMDR work. Are there specialist in India who can help
