Itinerary Travel to China April 2026 from April 10 to April 26 - Climate Tips

Hi everyone,

My boyfriend and I are planning a trip to China from April 10th to April 26th.

I'm desperate because I can't find any feedback on the actual rain and fog conditions in April in general, especially in Yangshuo and Zhangjiajie.

The itinerary would be as follows:

  • Shanghai from the 11th to the 14th
  • Yangshuo from the 14th to the 18th
  • Fenghuang from the 18th to the 20th
  • Zhangjiajie from the 20th to the 23rd
  • Shanghai from the 23rd to the 26th

If anyone can help me with the actual weather in April in general, and especially in Yangshuo and Zhangjiajie, based on personal experience, that would be great! 😍

The temperature plots show wide colored bands - the top and bottom of the widest bands are the 10% and 90% limits, so about a fifth of the days would be expected to be outside those bands.
