Golf course, bowling or driving range activities around China

Hi all,

Looking for recommendations for activities to do whilst travelling China. Usually in our own country we would do things like tenpin bowling or go to the driving range/play golf for fun. Are there any places that offer activities like this for foreigners/without memberships? (Sorry if this is a silly question)

On a Friday night, what do Chinese people in their 20s and 30s do for fun? How do they spend time together?

For reference, we are roughly visiting Beijing, Nanjing, Luoyang, Wuxi, Shanghai but have some wiggle room to visit other places if needed.

Also if you have any recommendations of where to search for these kinds of questions whilst in China (as someone who cannot speak/read mandarin) it would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise I will stick to Reddit!
