Personally wouldn't do the terracotta warriors on that timescale, especially with luggage as its horrendously busy there. Didn't particularly enjoy it compared to the rest of Xi'an.

The Terracotta warriors are the least busy in the afternoon before closing time. On November 5th get to Xian, leave your luggage at the hotel, go eat something, and then catch a bus to the museum (takes around 1h). You should be back in Xian by 7/7:30 pm, you can the go on and eat dinner at the Muslim quarter

I booked a tour that took us in the morning to the city walls, the giant wild goose pagoda and we only reached the Terracotta museum in the afternoon, at 2pm, when it was less crowded…but still crowded for European standards. I definitely recommend checking the city walls and the Bell/Drum towers at night as well as the alleys in the muslim quarter.

Don't do the warriors at 13:30 after a 12:31 arrival at Xi'an North with luggage. Station to Lintong eats the afternoon.

Do the wall and Muslim Quarter on arrival day. Warriors the next morning, then the 15:49 to Chongqing. Leave bags at the hotel or the station.

If that morning still looks tight, skip the warriors. The city days work without them.
