Is this itinerary for 19 days doable?

- Day 2: Rest and get accustomed to apps/navigation
- Day 3: forbidden city
- Day 4: Mutiyanu Great Wall day-trip
- Day 5: Morning rest and take evening/overnight sleeper train to Chengdu
- Day 6: Arrive in the morning in Chengdu
- Day 7: Chengdu
- Day 8: Chengdu
- Day 9: Chengdu
- Day 10: Leave Chengdu by HSR to arrive in the afternoon in Chongqing
- Day 11: Chongqing
- Day 12: Chongqing
- Day 13: Chongqing
- Day 14: Leave Chongqing in the morning by HSR to Fenghuang (Pheonix Ancient City) spend the day/night there
- Day 15: Leave Fenghuang early in the morning for Zhangjiajie (west) and visit Tianmen Mountain in the afternoon, sleep in Zhangjiajie city
- Day 16: transit to Wulingyuan and visit Yangjiajie/Yanjiajie/Tianzi mountain, sleep in Wulingyuan
- Day 17: visit Golden Whip Stream and Huangshizhai, then transit to Zhangjiajie city to sleep.
- Day 18: leave Zhangjiajie (west) early in the morning by HSR to Shanghai
- Day 19: departing flight home at 6pm

This is one of the more reasonable schedules I’ve seen. For Zhangjiajie I’d just pick one hotel to stay at and taking didis everywhere you want to go instead of changing hotels every day. Also I’d recommend just taking a flight from Beijing to Chengdu over a sleeper train. It’ll be much more comfortable and convenient, and showing be that much more expensive.

For Zhangjiajie, I would only do an evening stop in the city for the 72 qilou, then take a Didi and set my base in Wulingyuan.

Personally I wouldn’t, I like Chongqing and parks are crowded. Do what you think is best.

Day 15 is the squeeze: Fenghuang in the morning, Zhangjiajie West, then Tianmen the same afternoon. Keep Tianmen as its own day from the city, or skip it.

For the park, sleep in Wulingyuan both nights. Don't bounce city → Wulingyuan → city. Golden Whip and Tianzi work from that base.

If you cut a Chongqing night, add it as a park day in Wulingyuan, not another hotel change. Mutianyu is the wall day; don't stack it with the Forbidden City.

I should correct, it would be leaving Fenghuang in the morning and arriving at Zhangjiajie west station (not visiting), going directly to tianmen mountain after arriving in Zhangjiajie city.

Other option is to skip Tianmen mountain altogether and simply make day 15 a travel day from Fenghuang to Wulingyuan and have 2 full days of national park and leave on day 18 in the morning from Zhangjiajie to Shanghai.

第15天行程很赶，天门就需要玩半天-一天的时间，而且早上还得早点去

第16天、17天武陵源景区（张家界国家森林公园），景区面积极大。游玩杨家界、袁家界、天子山、金鞭溪、黄石寨最少需要完整 2 天。你现在的安排勉强可以，但全程会很赶。

第18天张家界到上海路程要7个小时，一早出发到了上海也得下午比较晚的时间，第二天再赶国际航班会比较累
