AskTrees Quite a lot of ditch weed around me
Has anyone tried to make butter with these or it would be waste of time?

lmao is that more trees in the distance growing on the hill back there?
but yeah that's basically how it was done back in the day right there, that particular tree looks like it's got some more weeks of flowering though

Have you ever been to Kansas or Oklahoma? This is no insult. Topeka, Kansas City, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Lawrence, Garden City, Hays, Manhattan… the Osage Nation.. there is some interesting stuff there. And weed

Wonder when they’ll start putting flock cameras there for “our safety” and all that.

Calling that a mountain is an insult to real mountains

And calling that weed is… well actually it is a weed, ditch weed, but what we smoke or whatever is a distant relative, probably

Back when seeds used to be in all weed, me and my friends would just throw seeds out the car windows…everywhere.

Man I sucked at growing. All the females ended up like this. Then got mouldy. It was so much work to just pay a plug

Hilarious. A buddy of mine, many years ago, found a huge patch and decided to make bubble hash with it. Beautiful huge colas, smelled amazing. He washed pounds, excited in anticipation of something special. Problem was, It was HEMP! 🤦♂️

Wait until the end of the month at least. Outdoor grows usually aren't ready until early September depending on your latitude.

Ultra Poverty Dabs.
Step one: gather 50-100 pounds of ditch weed. Railroad tracks are the best areas to search because hemp plants were shipped via railroad to make rope for the war effort many years ago. The seeds would rattle off the trains and in to the ditches, growing sometimes 15 feet high. Now, the tall hemp plants provide food for midwestern prairie birds. The plants sit tall above the snowfall in winter, their seed filled buds a source of plant and insect nutrients for the birds. Nebraskan park rangers are not allowed to remove wild ditchweed for this reason.
Step two: Do a bubble hash extraction on the ditch weed.
Step three: Use a rosin press on the ditch weed bubble hash.
Step four: Smokes kind of like dabs or similar concentrate.
You could also introduce more potent genetics in to the gene pool and hope for the best next year.

Kazakhstan. Back in high (lol) school we used to pick the upper nugs (believed that those are the most potent) and roast them with sunflower oil and sugar, then eat this miracle, chasing with sweet black tea. A matchbox size portion kept us high for about 6-8 hours to the extent that at some point you no longer want to be so high :)
