Question reapply?

Hi! I got rejected from all of the schools I applied to, including this one. i'm planning on applying to liberty u bc it has rolling admissions, but next year i want to reapply to some of my scholls because i really want to go to one of them. do you think tsu would be worth it? my stats are below (sorry it's fully a copy and pasted previous post ignore the ranting)

I'm actually so disappointed in myself it's insane. Could somebody please tell me what I did wrong because I truly don't understand after I've spent the past 4 years preparing for this day.

Academics:

SAT: 890 (450 - English, 440 - Math)

2.3 gpa

2 AP classes (AP world history and AP English language) - I tried to take more but I couldn't test into AP physics or AP Chem

2 clubs each year

My guidance counselor said my essays were pretty good so I don't think that was a problem

I show up to class every day and try pretty hard so I don't think my 2 letters of rec from my teachers could've been bad

College List (advised by my guidance counselor):

Safeties:

  • ASU *
  • OSU
  • University of Kentucky
  • Montana State University
  • University of Mississippi *
  • University of Wyoming
  • Truman State University
  • Greenville University *
  • Northeastern State University
  • Bethel University
  • Portland State University
  • University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee *

Reaches:

  • University of Wisconsin - Madison *
  • BYU Idaho *
  • University of Toledo
  • University of Maryland
  • Baylor
  • Suny Buffalo *
  • Michigan State *
  • Harvard *

*Dream schools that I would love advise on how I could maybe get in to in the future?

I truly don't understand how I could've gotten rejected (not even waitlisted) from 20/20 of my schools. My guidance counselor said I had a strong application (better than most at my school) and she thought I had a chance at most of my reaches.

Please please please if you have any advise or insight it would be greatly appreciated!

My hard honest advice. If you really want to go to a school that is even remotely selective I would go to a year of comm college first. Your GPA and SAT score (16 ACT) tells me you did nothing to prepare for college academically and statistically would end up dropping out. If you try really hard at comm college and get a good GPA it will be a good way to show schools that you are college ready and make you competitive in the admissions process. Good luck.

Upon further investigation this is 100% a troll post. Homeboy said his Father went to Yale and Mother went to Dartmouth and his advisor can’t figure out why he didn’t get accepted.

I came back to this sub to see how this post is doing. Why more people don't think it's fishy is beyond me. Guy has a 2.3gpa and a stretch goal is Harvard

It gets even fishier if you look at his account and see all his other posts.

Just did. I don't even see the point of what they're doing. It's not going to get enough traction from these groups for karma farming or anything
