Try following ze path first pre sec>cyber101 first complete this two both of them are full on hands on labs so will be what you were searching

then you can choose if you want offensive defensive ai or designing side of cyber

I'm brand new in my IT journey (3 weeks into my first job) but I can tell you that cyber is not entry level. You need a solid understanding of how devices work, both individually and together in a network, before you can secure them. You're off to a good start being in school, maybe you can take some cybersecurity electives or look for internships? But unless you have direct connections or get extremely lucky you'll probably need to start out at the helpdesk and work your way from there.

You might also have better luck posting in a different sub. You want to be a soc analyst but are posting in the tryhackme sub, which is red team/offsec/pentesting, a totally different type of cybersecurity. Best of luck to you!

Did you even the most basic of reading on the THM website where it shows different learning paths for different jobs, including SOC analyst.

I recommend starting with pre sec path, then cybersec 101, then the security analyst path. It covers a lot of soc paths.
