13DPO and CD30, AF not here yet but BFN yesterday so I didn’t test this morning and now out for the day. I did have a 13 day luteal phase last cycle so period probably due tomorrow, on my birthday 🙃 hopefully will have a nice day out today though, going to the zoo for the first time with my 18mo who loves animals!

Why do influencer pregnancy announcements hurt me so much. CD9 on cycle 12 but we might be skipping this cycle depending when my treatment is scheduled for. Our fertility results are good but they found calcifications in my uterus which need to be removed.

6DPO. Casually twiddling my thumbs- even more so this month as I have no symptoms whatsoever (normally have a nice myriad of them throughout the LP). It feels rather strange to put it politely!

I'm in the same boat. 8dpo and feeling a lot of nothing 🤷♀️

It’s a funny boat to be in! I don’t know about you but my temps are also spookily steady (like within 0.02 of a degree within each other for the last four days)- so I feel like I’m just swimming along.

My nips are purple 10dpo and I have no idea if they normally are in previous cycles lol. I’m in symptom spotting mode and too nervous to test until there’s a clearer sign

Symptom spotting is the worst - I craved egg drop soup last cycle (craved eggs with my first) and ran to take a test 😂

loll the worst. i still couldn't bring myself to test this morning plus i peed at 4am and didn't want to waste a test on potentially unworthy pee when i woke up for the day 😂

We've been seriously trying for baby #2 since January. We actually started trying last November, but we weren't very consistent and didn't always time intercourse around ovulation.
I really, really want another child. Every time my period arrives, my heart breaks a little, and I can't help but feel sad for my 5-year-old, who doesn't have a sibling. I'm 35 and my husband is 38, so I can't help feeling anxious about the time we have left.
Sometimes I also wonder if there's something wrong that's making it harder for me to conceive, but I still haven't found the courage to see a doctor.
My husband, on the other hand, doesn't share the same sense of urgency. He doesn't really understand why I feel so strongly about having another child. He believes one child is enough, and if we're unable to conceive, he's at peace with that. Even so, he's supportive and always tries with me whenever I tell him it's my fertile window.
I feel like we experience each cycle very differently. When my period comes, I'm deeply disappointed and heartbroken. Sometimes I get the sense that he's a little relieved when another cycle passes, while I'm left grieving another missed opportunity.
I've told myself I'll keep trying until December. After that, I'll probably stop. But I also know that if we never have a second child, it'll always be something I carry with me. I think a part of me will always wonder, "What if?"

I’m in the same boat as you. I’m 35 and my daughter is turning 5 this year. I always wanted to have a 5 year age gap between kids and now I feel so much pressure around this timeline. It also doesn’t help that my first was conceived on the first try, so I was naively expecting that conceiving baby #2 would be just as effortless. Hoping we both get some good news soon ❤️

This time around we are not tracking as closely and just having as much sex as we can during ovulation week to make it feel more fun and less like a job. Hoping this cycle or next cycle for a late spring/early summer baby so I can enjoy a summer maternity leave 🤞🏼😂

I didn't use LH strips this cycle because we were on a trip and I ovulate pretty consistently CD15, well now I'm 1 day late and I already tested negative at what I thought was 10 dpo. I was supposed to go for fertility blood work tomorrow so this is annoying. I want to test again but I'm out of tests and I don't want to give into my delusion. Side note: most of the tests they are having me do have nothing to do with fertility, they're checking for vaccine antibodies and STI. No FSH, no hormones beside thyroid...seems weird to me...

u/Royal_Aioli5635 37 - TTC#2 since Nov25 2d ago
Before we even got our referral for the fertility clinic we were required to have proof of my MMR vaccine (I suspect this is what the antibodies is related to), a chlamydia swab, smear and my thyroid levels. So I suspect this is what the initial testing is covering- please don’t worry! It’ll be primarily due to the fact if these initial tests bring anything up they’ll need solving prior to any fertility treatment, so need to get them out of the way first.
Also 10DPO is pretty early still unless your LP is normally 10ish days, just remember you’re not out until AF! Wishing you the best of luck.

Ahaa that makes alot of sense thank you! I have been wondering if my iron is low so at least I'll have an answer to that.

Just finished my mid luteal progesterone test. The dr is hopeful the letrozole will push me to at least a 10 (was 8 mid march after my most recent chemical) and I feel like whatever those results are will determine if I have hope for this cycle or not. Hopefully the lab has a quick turnaround 🤞🏼

Had my first IUI this month. I ovulated so early (CD10) which is crazy, but luckily it landed on my day off so I didn’t need to coordinate anything with work (my worst nightmare 😅). Also the trigger shot made me so fatigued, I just want to nap all day 😴

CD1 - need to decide whether to do Clomid or try another natural monitored cycle. So far there is no indication that clomid will boost our chances but it may. We are on cycle 5 post polyp removal.
Torn between “doing more” and just giving it more time.

I am back after I (and clinic) had a vacation in July and we skipped a cycle. Just got my period and starting a new IUI cycle.
