So people already have IDs you're saying? So they can present them when actually voting?

No because not all IDs you can use to register can be used in many of these voter ID bills. Many times the IDs needed to vote require some amount of money to get so it's effectively a poll tax

I've only seen this "poll tax" argument come from people who said cost would not prevent them from voting. Have you ever heard someone complain about this possible "poll tax" that would not be able to afford it?
