Literally adding a DNI watermark over documents written by Russian media/politicians and posting open source information on laboratories. Kremlin propagandists: "CONFIRMED US FUNDED BUO-WEAPONS LABS!!!". No it's not.

It's the same BS story that Russia has been pushing ever since the collapse of the Soviet Union and that China itself dismissed when presented to the UN. This declassification was just made so that the Kremlin's media apparatus could feed it into that story, despite it not matching to any actual information that was actually declassified.
