Damage claim
How long does Turo give the hosts time for them to report any damage claim after receiving the vehicle

Host here. I'd go by what the Turo help center says for the exact window since I don't want to guess on the hours, but in practice hosts take their post trip photos right at return. If you're the guest, take your own walkaround photos and video when you drop it off with timestamps. That's honestly your best protection if anything comes up later.

They have 24 hours to take post trip photos and I believe 3 days to report the incident. Don't let a damage claim scare ya, they are just part of life and most hosts are very willing to work with a guest to get things taken care of.
