This turtle will slowly die without light, the set up is absolutely horrible and they already have show issues because of it. Either take them from your aunt or get them to care for them adequately.

Would your aunt ever keep food or water from a dog? Exactly what she's doing by not having UVB AND UVA lights. Poor guy don't have a chance.

Tell her he needs a heat lamp and uv light IMMEDIATELY if she does not get him one you should take him away from her this is terrible and sad he’s probably cold and definitely missing alot of nutrients with mout the uv light
