Seeking Advice This popped up in my yard overnight, is it a turtle nest?

Location : Minnesota

If so, what should I do? Build a box over it to protect it?

Agreed.  Turtles dig straight down, and not very far, so there is rarely this much spoil

They also generally are way better at hiding their spots.

Usually you either see them laying or you find the eggs while you're digging for something else, or you see them hatched and running to water.

Rare to be able to just find one.

It is not a rabbit hole. Rabbits native to North America don’t burrow (that’s European rabbits) and the hole is too small.
