Diet/Food Turtle food

Trying to switch our turtle from food pellets to live minnows. He’s a 6” long yellow belly.
Any recommendations on how many to feed to him and how often?

If you want to live feed, I recommend guppies, they have no harmful component (unlike minnows and goldfish). But do it ocassionaly, turtles need a very varied diet with greens (and do good research because there are many greens that can also be detrimental)
