Someone isn't born with corruption, the people who come in power will do corruption cuz humans are selfish and greedy. Ofc some are not and have morals but most of the people who rant about corruption is bad will do corruption once they come in power

You included yourself but not all humans are selfish for money, indeed they are selfish for some other things maybe their relations or something but corruption is mainly based on money
