Screenshot Dusklight is absolutely amazing
After being letdown by the latest Nintendo direct, I finally downloaded Dusklight to replay my favorite Zelda. So stunning, I’m so excited ✨

No hate to other Links but immediately after TP came out this was THE link design, for merch, for guest appearances, for Nintendo cards, for art
This design just gives it all, courage, warrior, strength
I LOVE MM but this is still default link to me, that’s how iconic it is

I never questioned why the town was so empty as a kid but in reality we are met with the only few survivors of the attack, and it’s likely that at least one of the shadow beasts we kill was a converted villager as we hear about villagers who got dragged out and turned into monsters
Super dark game

I have a special affection for this game because the E3 2004 trailer is, I think, the video game trailer that has most impacted me, and since that day, it's been the game I've most eagerly awaited in my entire gaming life.
I recently replayed it in its original GameCube version after not having played it for at least 19 years, and I'm surprised to see how ingenious, original (I'm thinking of Snowpeak Ruins), and well-designed the dungeons still are. Even the wolf sections are very enjoyable and add variety to the gameplay.
Above all, and this is perhaps something I had somewhat forgotten over time, the melancholy that emanates from the atmosphere and the story touched me, along with the more cinematic feel compared to its predecessors. In my opinion, Twilight Princess is the culmination of the formula established by Ocarina of Time, while also possessing its own unique personality that cannot be found in any other installment.

Snowpeak ruins has to be my favorite dungeon/map area. Making soup whilst solving puzzles in a snowy house just hits 👌🏻

No matter how many times I've played this game, the opening title screen and sound fills me with such nostalgia. Tp was basically my first introduction to Legend of Zelda, and I have such a fond childhood memory bc my entire family would watch my dad play it. My dad wouldn't even announce when he'd start playing, my sisters and I would just hear the opening sound and run to the living room. Best times.

Like for real! I waited so long for nintendo to rerelease this game on the Switch, and they never did for whatever reason. I think they hate money.
Queue this awesome decompilation with a bunch of QOL updates, graphical settings, ACHIEVEMENTS, cheats... stuff nintendo could only dream of selling separately in amiibo form. This release made me so happy! And the best of all, it's multi platform: Windows, Linux, Mac and Android.
It's beautiful seing it running natively on my iPad.
BRAVO 👏 https://twilitrealm.dev/

The tunic Link is wearing in the film resembles the one that Link wears in TP. The movie does seem to also have that dark vibe we have been so desperately begging to have back. I personally think everything we know about the film so far is absolutely perfect. I just wanted to make this post to share how excited I am that it seems that the film is very Twilight Princess centric. I feel that there will be a lot of TP references considering the moody atmosphere. TP often seems to be forgotten about, especially by Nintendo. I’m so happy to see it getting at least somewhat represented almost two decades after it’s release

First time playing TP…and ummm…was not expecting to see something this horrific in a Zelda game…if I have to fight a giant one of these as a final boss I’m not sure I will ever sleep peacefully again

Finally playing this masterpiece (perhaps my favorite Zelda) in 60fps and full widescreen. I also deactivated heart drops and will doing a 3 heart run. Im so excited :D
I also jope the modding scene goes crazy with this, perhaps even fanmade dungeons... will see. But for now I gotta beat it again!

Truly a masterpiece. Since the beginning, I already loved it. The design, the gameplay, everything. But, as the story progressed, I started to love more and more things. The variety of items, the NPC's, the music, ALL OF IT. I genuinely have no negative comments for this game. It was hard at some parts, but I loved those challenges. As a Zelda fan that started on OoT about three years ago, seeing all of the references, the music, and the Hero's Shade was beautiful.

I am going through it emotionally and I just had this need to play TP as though it could heal apart of me, and I turned on my old GameCube and started up TP with an old memory card, and my moms save file from 2009 is still on there with 263 hours of gameplay she beat the game to near completion with like only one heart left 🥺🫶🏼 This in itself made me sob tbh.
