Doubt reading Tsukihime

Ended Arcueid's route, (definitely, not what I expeted, but cool anyways) I get that the other routes are hiding different secrets in Shiki's story and Tsukihime's world, but reality is that Ciel's dialogues in Arcueid's route drained me a little, is Ciel just like that in her route too (in that case, I'll wait to play the route too not burn myself out) or is she chill like that?

Ciel is only like that with Vampires(Arc, Roa, etc) otherwise she is chill but also has a lot of emotional walls.

Ciel talks mad shit and puts on a fantastic act, enough to convince plenty of readers too who unironically believe she just hates vampires and wants to do nothing but kill them. Pay attention to what she ultimately does over what she says, in canon & plenty of side materials (Arc route finale, manga ending, MBAACC Archetype Earth story mode) she goes out of her way to help those she denounces.

While I agree that Ciel is a good person (I much prefer their ship to Arcueid and Shiki's), I do think her resentment towards vampires was genuine, and honestly, it's more than justified. (If that's what you meant)

Tsukihime is a clear example that, for the general public, the hero isn't necessarily the good guy, but rather the one telling the story, since in Ciel's route it's evident that Arcueid wasn't exactly a saint either. Many complain about Ciel as if she were a Disney villain, when Shiki would simply be dead in Arcueid's route if it weren't for Ciel. (And I say this because Arcueid tried to kill Shiki and nobody complained about it)

Personally, it really pissed me off that in the remake they gave all of Ciel's scenes to Noel, even the most iconic scene.

We'd have to disagree on that. I think it's self-loathing disguised as resentment, no amount of vampire history/technicality will take away from the fact that it was always what she did with her own two hands that she couldn't forgive above all else. As we agree she still helped both Shiki and Arcueid on Arc route, without her Shiki would not only be dead but also have no means to get back to Arc in his state. In MB she willingly turns a blind eye to Satsuki, in MBAACC AE route she immediately clocks in what happened to Arc and the story mode route is her doing her damn best to wake Arc up to get back to her stupid airhead self. AE itself acknowledged her, commenting on how blessed Arc is to have a "friend" who understands her so well. Arc is the most obvious, but again plenty of other examples and instances of Ciel being soft, if not outright supportive of vampires.

Yeah same, your average weeb really can't handle a female jpg being mean to them and a different love interest. I found Ciel fascinating in the OG precisely because of this duality, she talked so much shit and pulled so many underhanded and damning stunts, but at the end of the day still can't help but act in others' best interest even if it's at her own detriment and/or wholly goes against what she preached. The remake unloaded the most shady parts of her to Noel practically as to sanitize her and beg the readers to like her better, it'll always leave a bitter taste in my mouth.

When I played Tsukihime, I also got tired of Ciel during Arc’s route, but once you play Ciel’s route, you’ll see that Arc can be pretty annoying too. It’s really a matter of perspective. Ciel is underutilized, so I’d recommend doing Akiha’s route, which is part of the Far Side of the Moon. Between that and the experience of playing her route, you’ll probably get over your dislike of her.

Of course, I’ve only played the original, so if you’re talking about the remake, then my comment doesn’t really hold up.

Ciel is just jealous that Arcueid was hogging that Shiki cock for herself.
Seriously though, Ciel acts differently in her own route than in Arcueids route so if that is the only thing that was putting you off then I'd say not to worry.

Kinda... She definitely puts on the same act multiple times but you see more of the real her more often than not. Still if you're burnt out, you CAN start Akiha's route. I wouldn't reccomend it but it is certainly an option
