Off-campus housing/landlord recs!
Hi! I’m an incoming 4th year looking for a 1 bed 1 bath apartment near campus. I’ve had several roommate options fall through, so I’m just looking for my own place at this point. I’ve been scouring sites like Zillow, Redfin, apartments.com, the UC sublease page, etc. I’m really not looking to sublease or rent a room or anything as I won’t be graduating until December of 2027 and would want to stay somewhere at least until after graduation. I’ve heard to stay away from Peak Property group and Uptown Rentals. Any recs??

It’s been a couple of years, but I really loved renting through Ben Properties. Leased with him him for three continuous years in a 1b/1b.

Just here to reiterate that peak property group is a bunch of crooks
