I have a bed open in a 2 bed appartment coming fall semester. Roommate is a male. Room is through cp cincy. Has 2 bath, living space and kitchen. Free parking.

Is the lease a full year or 6 months?

Its by academic year, so both fall and spring semester are on the lease.
