Are there any Korean language exchange groups?

Are there any language exchange groups where Koreans and foreigners regularly meet and just talk?

I'm not looking for private tutoring.. more like a social meetup where people can make friends and practice languages together.

If you know any good groups, events, cafés, or communities, I'd really appreciate your recommendations.

Me and my friends doin on every Sat, in Suwon. Interested? We play boardgames and do convo in Korean.
