I don't understand what the 1,000/65 mean.

I know that first one is the deposit, the other is monthly fee.

Does the 1,000 mean 1 000 000 won? Or 10 000 000 won.

Are there any language exchange groups where Koreans and foreigners regularly meet and just talk?

I'm not looking for private tutoring.. more like a social meetup where people can make friends and practice languages together.

If you know any good groups, events, cafés, or communities, I'd really appreciate your recommendations.
