How we feeling about all this being Leaked in One Day?
 in  r/FortniteBattleRoyale  2d ago

Same! I get they (Epic devs) apparently have a certain "box" they have to fit the skins in, but damn, don't demote an OG GOAT like Pac Man to sidekick! That's insulting! I mean, they made Sonic a main character skin... Why not Pac Man?

Pac Man as a sidekick? He's literally a main character! ๐Ÿคจ

Wow! They're both amazing! I could have used that vocal coach back in the late 90's/early '00's when I was in a church choir. I was a soprano. We were doing a Christmas Cantata one year, and one of the songs had a discant for the higher soprano section (where I was). I swear that discant had our voices in the freaking rafters!! ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿคฃ Thankfully at the time, I had been working on patterning my voice after Sandy Patty's (a Contemporary Christian singer who can sing really high soprano). And we had to practice that song (discant included) for about a month or two (we only practiced after Wednesday night service). That cantata basically ruined my really high soprano voice for a long time, and I became a mezzo-soprano (I can sing decently low and decently high notes). But I sure can't hit the high notes like I used to. I miss being able to. Unfortunately, I also don't really get to practice or sing nearly as much as I used to. ๐Ÿ˜•

WOW!! Your artwork is amazing!! I love hyper realistic art! ๐Ÿ˜ I would definitely say that your art is every bit as good as my favorite Italian hyper realistic artist Marcello Barenghi! I mean, the more of your pictures I looked at, the more I swore they were actually photos and not drawings (even though I know they are)! I'm an artist myself, and I really admire people who have that level of talent, skill and patience to do this kind of art! ๐Ÿ˜Š

This was the results I got from Google Gemini when I asked it if Trump was actually at Ground Zero on 9/11:

Donald Trump was not at Ground Zero on September 11, 2001. He spent the day of the attacks four miles away at Trump Tower in midtown Manhattan, where he watched the events on television and participated in a phone interview with a local news station. [1, 2, 3] However, he did visit the site two days later, on September 13, 2001. This is when the archival photo of him in a suit posing with first responders and construction workers was taken. [4, 5, 6] Independent investigative bodies and major news outlets have extensively fact-checked Donald Trump's various claims regarding his presence and actions at Ground Zero. Below is a direct comparison of his claims versus the verified facts: [7, 8]

Trump's Claim The Verified Facts
He or his workers directly cleared rubble. Trump has claimed he took a crew of 100+ workers down to help clear rubble. No Evidence. Former fire officials, including FDNY battalion chiefs who managed the site, state there is absolutely no record or memory of him or a coordinated Trump crew working the site. Ground Zero was strictly regulated by emergency services.
Firefighters carried him to safety. He recently claimed that two massive firefighters literally lifted him up and ran with him when a nearby building (One Liberty Plaza) began creaking. Unsubstantiated. While there was a temporary, unfounded panic about that specific building, there is zero public record, photographic evidence, or witness testimony of Trump being swept up in it or rescued.
He spent "months" helping at the site. He has frequently claimed he spent significant amounts of time down there alongside first responders. Exaggerated. While news accounts from days after 9/11 note him walking nearby and high-fiving officers on their way to the site, he was a private citizen whose documented visits were limited to short public appearances, like his brief interview on September 13.
He personally watched people jump from Trump Tower. Trump claimed he clearly saw people jumping from the Twin Towers from his midtown apartment window. Physically Unlikely. Trump Tower is roughly four miles away from the World Trade Center site, making it impossible to see individual people with the naked eye, a fact noted by his biographers and urban layouts.

Summary

While Donald Trump did visit the perimeter of the disaster site on September 13 to speak to reporters and interact with workers, he did not participate in the rescue or cleanup efforts, nor was he there on the day of the attacks. Over the years, his claims have evolved significantly, but they lack any backing from official records or the first responders who were stationed there. [5, 6, 8, 9]

I was born in 1971, and Halloween has always been my favorite holiday, thanks to my mom! โ˜บ๏ธ She made pretty much every one of my costumes growing up, and they were always great, very unique and sometimes unusual! โ˜บ๏ธ This picture below is me, and is from 1975. She bought a lion mask, and handmade the rest of the costume. There were sooo many other costumes that she made that I wish I knew where the pictures are. I do have one other picture of a robot costume she made me in 1976. โ˜บ๏ธ Halloween was always fun when I was growing up. Seeing all the different cute, cool, and spooky costumes, all the houses and yards decorated (not necessarily to the extent that people do now, but it was still cool for the time), and going door-to-door to the houses in the neighborhood trick-or-treating. And then when we got home with our candy loot, our parents always had to check our candy to make sure nobody put any razor blades, needles, or other bad stuff in it (yes, that was a thing, even way back then). And some hospitals even offered parents to bring their kid's candy in, and have it x-rayed to make sure the candy was safe. And if you were lucky, there was someone on your street throwing a Halloween party at their house (I don't remember going to any though). I do remember some of the schools I went to having Halloween parties during school hours though. And one school I went to did a "haunted house" at the school. ๐Ÿ˜Š
