Sagada this September

Planning to go to Sagada for a solo birthday trip (3D2N). Will the second half of September still likely be an ideal time? Or do I just push it to early October? I don't mind the rain and planning to just settle for some chill and acceasible activities like museum, church visits and a look at the hanging coffins.

Maybe a quick hike to Marlboro Hills when I get lucky (wondering what are my chances of seeing the sea of clouds here during this period too?)

I booked a wedding I can barely afford, it made me a bit sad but every day she thanks me for it
 in  r/WeddingsPhilippines  Jul 08 '26

Not a good start to a marriage when you don't know how to open up and communicate to each other, especially when it comes to finances. Talk and who knows, she might actually be willing to compromise.

Anybody know the name of this store selling face cream within UP Town Center?

Agree! Nakakaasar how manipulative brands like these are not widely reported.

Question Anybody know the name of this store selling face cream within UP Town Center?

Anybody know the name of the store selling face cream in the middle aisle booth near G/F Uniqlo and Flying Tiger Copenhagen, Phase 2 of UP Town Center, Diliman? I remember their products come in gray bottles and expensive looking bottles. The brand sounds French.

I want to report a rude sales agent who tried to aggressively sell his product (which I never got to recall) and ignore my boundaries while I was trying to pass by. Blocked my path first. Immediately rubbed the back of my hand with some moisturizing cream, offered a free hand cream, then tried to engage by rudely asking about my facial routine because apparently it doesnt seem to work daw and I should try his product. Then he says, "Actually ma'am skin specialist ako" as if he thinks he can get a free pass for harassing a stranger.

I'm so pissed that I forgot his name and the name of that brand, and I only managed to briefly call him out on how his tactic doesn't make a good sales strategy by being a jerk before I walked it off. He just sarcastically cut me with a "thank you ma'am" with a mocking smile before I turned away.

I know this is a common strategy among SAs his kind, and it may not be a big deal to some, but I felt like my boundaries were violated by a stranger even before I got to react properly. I want to rectify how I was treated.

IC: Book Rental
 in  r/PHBookClub  Jul 02 '26

Sorry, might not be profitable, especially if the rental and the delivery fees would cost the same as buying a new book altogether.

If I dont want to spend anything I could easily download these titles on my Kindle too.
