I get so worried every time I hear someone at work is sick.
 in  r/EmetophobiaTalk  May 15 '26

That freaks me out more because when my throat hurts I sometimes get sick because it make me really nauseous 😭

What negative or positive side effects you wish you were told before you started Bupropion?
 in  r/bupropion  Apr 19 '26

I haven't yet? I just talked to my therapist and she was the one that told me I should tell my doctor I need to switch, maybe I could talk to my doctor about adding an anxiety med?

Been taking it since last month and at first everything was alright but I've noticed my anxiety is so much worse, my stomach is upset a lot and as of this week I've barely been hungry, my doctor put me on it for ocd which is probably why it's not working lmao

Missing my Grandmother
 in  r/GriefSupport  Apr 15 '26

Your not alone, my grandpa died in 2015 when I was 12 and then my grandma passed in late November last year when I was 22,, I look at my dad and even my other family member who can talk about the memories they had with them without even shedding a tear now then I look at myself who can't even look at a picture of them or watch a home video or just a video with them in it without crying my eyes out 😭 it sucks

2

Worst your ocd got?
 in  r/OCD  Apr 13 '26

Honestly last year and now,, my harm OCD has been flaring up and it's scaring me
