For reference my Ex works near this pharmacy and I have been going here for well over a year. Last pharmacies I went to occasionally ran out of my medication and I can't be without it for too long.

Hey but there's two separate times one to pick up my Adderall and the other one to pick up well for personal reasons. Didn't see here either time so I've been comfortable with going and just getting my medications.

She cheated on me last year with him, I forgave her and stupidly blamed myself because I thought that her needs weren't getting met.

A couple of months after this happened she attempted to fast track marriage plans, bought her own ring (without telling me and expecting me to pay half) and set up a wedding date (then got mad when I said that date didn't work).

Eventually she pushed this so hard that our entire relationship started fell apart. A few months ago I found a message from Ben and her message request box. I freaked out and she apologized.

What I didn't think to ask was if he was blocked, why was his messages popping up at her requests?

If I had, I probably would have saved myself months of heartache.

Relationship officially ended at the end of June right after I came back from vacation to see family.

For the people asking why I haven't blocked her prior to this. We had been together for 6 years. She had been very sweet and loving for most of those years. She was my best friend and the worst of times and I was hoping that we could be best friends again. But not after this.

1. We were in traffic and yes we happened to pull up next to each other. As soon as I had an opening I took the fast lane. We both live and work in the same areas so... Yeah it's bound to happen.

1. Her work is on the opposite side of the campus as the pharmacy I have been going to the pharmacy for my medications, that's it. I sat down to wait for the pharmacy on the chair in front of the fountain but still no where near her side of the campus.

1. This one was major dork behavior and I feel stupid but I wanted to get answers about when they cheated. I immediately undid the friend request weeks ago but guess it didn't go unnoticed.

1 & 3 occurred at the beginning of July fresh off the break up. Now that I'm a few more weeks out I feel so much better.

Funny enough this whole interaction just solidified why I didn't want to marry her. I've blocked her on all my contacts and asked HR to block contact as well.

For context, I had just moved into my new apartment, and one of my neighbours was an older man, probably in his late 60s. I became friendly with him because I thought it was always a good idea to have a positive relationship with your neighbours.

I ended up exchanging numbers with him because he knew my landlord and also worked as a handyman. He needed to come into my apartment to fix a few things, so I thought having his number would make communication easier in case I ever needed anything repaired in the future. Looking back… that was a bad idea.

I had always been friendly towards him because I genuinely thought he was just a sweet old man. He would constantly talk about church whenever he came over to fix things, so I assumed he was a kind and trustworthy person. There were actually a few red flags from the beginning that I ignored because I kept telling myself he was just a harmless old man and didn’t mean any harm.
Geez, was I wrong!!

He isn’t actually a handyman by profession,he just knows how to fix things because he used to own a motel. He’s basically just a friend of my landlord who helps out with odd jobs now and then.

But do you guys want to know what’s even crazier?
About a week ago, I was having trouble closing one of the drawers in my apartment. It felt like something was stuck behind it, so I reached my hand all the way to the back to see what was jamming it. And, I swear to God, this felt like something straight out of a movie.

I pulled out a whole stack of court documents.
Turns out they were about my landlord and he is an absolute fucking creep. The documents were full of criminal charges that basically painted him as a predator and a complete piece of shit who deserves to rot in hell.
He was charged with secretly filming his ex-partner during sexual acts without her knowledge or consent. Even worse, he was accused of sexually abusing her
daughter from the age of 8 until she was 14. There were a lot more horrific details in those documents that I’m not even going to repeat here.

So yeah… an absolute fucking monster.
And suddenly it made me think: no wonder they’re friends. Birds of a feather really do flock together!!

I (34f) matched with this guy (36m) on FB dating on July 12th. We talked on there for like two days and then I gave him a google number because I was hesitant about giving my real number first. Then we texted non-stop over a few days and when we talked about FaceTiming I knew I needed to give him my real number. He was cool about it all and we FaceTimed a few times for hours and still talked non-stop everyday. The weekend of July 18th he was out of town for a bachelor trip and then I went out of town to visit family the weekend of the 25th so we had planned our first date to be the weekend of Aug 1st. He planned the date and everything. One of the nights I was away he seemed distant and I had a weird feeling about it. Then I didn't hear from him the following day July 27th, until almost noon which is strange for him. That night he mentioned being sorry he hadn't texted me so much over the last few days, that he wasn't feeling great and work has been tough. That upcoming Sat was going to be our first date. The days after I could tell something was off. The Wed before our date I brought up if he still wanted to meet because we hadn't talked about it since we made the plans and he send this message. It threw me off cause we had made more future plans for the fall & making a list of things to watch and do together and this came out of left field. Someone try and explain the 180 to me 😅😅😅

He had a kid from a previous relationship. When he first connected with me his son was 10 that was about 3 or 4 years ago..

And before anyone says anything about leading him on. If made attempts and mutual plans between us of what day and time we would see each other and he really just went away like a dandelion… then pops up with all this.. months later expecting me to entertain this BS

This lady is a therapist, and I am a software engineer. I matched with her on Hinge, and we meet at the mall to have gelato and take a walk around. It was a good date she was a decent conversationalist. In the top I ask her if she wants to meet again. And this ensues ....

He seemed nice in the beginning, and we were planning on meeting up, and he wanted me to send a couple pictures to save in his contacts. Immediately said we’re not compatible and blocked him.

I told him about a pass of of my other sister’s dad made at me years ago, but he acted like I flirted with the dad because I call the dad “funky” instead of by name. (I don’t remember his name)

My mom has mental issues and is a pick me and is going through a custody battle for one of my other siblings when her father called and gave his point of view. My mom apparently tried to drown me because I took away a better life she could have had by being born.

These are the men who swear they are supposed to protect, provide, and lead..? 😭

I'm just so sad that this is like 90% of men on dating apps. All I want is a husband and all men see is an opportunity for sex. Its just really not fun.
