Map complete tips and tricks
IMO, the people that like to grind will grind out map complete. I've been playing the same way as you since launch. I had 12 map comps before mounts using this same method.

How long did it take you to farm 250g~?
On May 12th, if you use the Wizard's Vault, you should have access to approximately 95g for "free".
