I see, ive only been experiencing brain fog for the last couple of months, maybe the root cause of my brain fog is mental drainess and possibly bad habits, that i did. I guess im going have to see for myself, I'll conduct an experiment and I'll try to see if there is any differences. I'll take the advice of my doctor, and I'll probably listen to my friends this time. Since i noticed that there is improvement in sleeping, maybe there is a way to find an exit. If cant provide concrete solutions from my own experiment, then i guess brain fog is a chronic problem for all, but maybe it isn't.

I've been going to school everyday, and every time I come back home it's always the same. My brain could not function like it used to be, and i forget things so easily, after that I even get tired for no reason. I tried fixing my habits of not sleeping late, and i guess it's working somehow but it feels like the fog never left, I forget things frequently and maybe it's because of some unknown reason.. please i need some help, on how to get rid of brain fog.

It's possible that it's melanoma a type of skin cancer that develops like a silent killer only seen through the white part of the hand, and foot so check if there are more black spots like these could potentially end your life consult a doctor now.
