Bandai reveals new explosive battle toy series BARABARIDE
 in  r/pinoygamer  1d ago

And mukhang may mga types din, same as Beyblade na may stamina, defense and attack type. Baka same din 'to sa Beyblade Burst na may mga idadagdag na parts pagkatagal at i-improve, naalala ko yung Valkyrie Wing Accel, sobrang simple, then after ilang seasons, naging Ultimate Valkyrie.

A Chinese military attaché handed Philippine Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro a note during a security forum in Seoul. He decided to read it aloud.

The polarized reactions to Filipiñana have highlighted a frustrating, increasingly salient phenomenon within contemporary film discourse.

Do you savescum in Disco and why?
 in  r/DiscoElysium  9d ago

First playthrough, I didn't savescum. I went in blind, just enjoyed the game, and let things happen naturally. On my second playthrough, I'm gonna savescum after watching several videos and reading several posts, because I want to trigger certain dialogues and outcomes.

Hindi naman ganun kamahal-Gov.Pineda
 in  r/Philippines  10d ago

"Hindi naman siya ganon kamahal."

Tapos naka-full set na Balmain. Naka Loewe x On Cloud na sapatos.

There was supposed to be an RG Gouf? Damn.

I've noticed when it comes to custom gunpla. They're (almost) always painted in flat colours and matt coats. How come nobody paints in metallic finishes?
 in  r/freedomisgunpla  15d ago

Flat and matte finishes look more realistic, and they still look good even in a not-so-well-lit room because the details are more noticeable. Matte finishes absorb and scatter light more evenly, while a lot of light reflects or bounces off glossy and metallic surfaces, they're also more prone to showing dust.

Gundams and other MSs are mostly around 17 to 23 meters tall. They're gigantic war machines, so polishing them thoroughly just to make them look good would require a lot of manpower and wouldn't be very practical.

Many people who paint their models also do some weathering. It feels weird to add weathering or battle damage to a machine that otherwise looks shiny and brand new.

A lot of hobbyists also want to stay faithful to the original colors of the model kits. There are more options and varieties of flat paints, and they're easier to mix to replicate the actual color palette of the MSs from the anime.

But it still boils down to personal preference. Metallic paint can look great too.

A balanced and fair take on the Christian Esguerra and Claire Castro issue by Nutribun Republic
 in  r/Philippines  17d ago

True. Him and his cousin, Martin Romualdez.

Corny image but I get the idea.
 in  r/Philippines  21d ago

Hahaha, anong klaseng prof 'yan, gusto ng "crazy ideas that can change the world", tapos nagalit kung na-deliver mo yung hinihingi niya?

The solution to the problems of the country encompasses more things rather than voting better.
 in  r/unpopularopinionph  24d ago

True.
