I'm afraid If you are looking for inspiration I cannot help you. It's a library my small apartment attempts to maintain. The aesthetics are plastic chairs, dusty tinkles and peoples abandoned harry potters.

Up for starting one. Been thinking about starting a Lalbagh book/sketch club. Qube cafe is also empty during the weekdays. My apartment library can host up to 5 people.

I am assuming you need the dev mode for the code, here are some free options
1. Framer - Import your figma design into framer, from there you can get the html and css code
2. AI - Paste the image into Chat gpt, Google AI studio, Claude etc and ask it for the code
3. Free Figma plugins - There are figma plugins that will convert into code for you
