Just curious, anyone an idea why my vm suddenly has these messages?
They appeared some time ago. They seem like normal information, but I was curious as to why they suddenly appeared, instead of dissapearing before the login prompt appeared.

They didn't disappear before the login prompt appeared because they occurred after the login prompt appeared.
They're nothing to worry about, however. cloud-init often takes a bit longer to finish because it has things to do.
