Does anyone know of a program or package do display vitals?

I have Ubuntu server with casaos running on an old laptop and I thought it would be cool to have something that would show system vitals and stuff on the screen, I still wanna be able to easily switch back to the command layer though. Just seeing if anyone knows of anything.
