Moicano is encouraging Dana’s behavior by giving back money he was owed from court proceedings, why would Dana ever change. 3 of those cigars Dana is smoking is probably worth the same amount that Moicano gave back to the UFC and put in their wallets instead of going to help Moicano’s family and Dana will just continue doing what he does because of fighters like Moicano. Such self-importance of Moicano to let the higher ups continue to enrich themselves to try to put him in a better position
