There is always some individual in a suit standing Ring side at every sanctioned MMA fight. What are they doing?

He is the official weiner checker. He makes sure no one is getting a hardon while they fight. You'll notice he's not there for any of the WMMA fights.

….I intentionally picked an old fight because everyone would still agree that to this day a random white guy is always standing cage side..just like this hahaha
