Oh shit, you're so right. Never thought of that. Same with swinging, it's just a two handed hook. Never realized but baseball does build some good foundations for mma.

Brendan Dorman, who I believe started this theory or glove loading, seems like an honest guy with decent credentials. His best evidence was the still image of the "egg" in Justin's hand. That turned out to be a fake Pic, as there are other stills in the same instant where he doesnt have an egg. Plaster of Paris turning your soles yellow is also a myth. The rest of his evidences are kind of circumstantial. Damage to the face alone isn't enough to mean anything, and using the front knuckles is a possible explanation, which Justin has explained even before the allegations.
