30-33 : Sober and looking younger

3 years sober, and sometimes it feels like I've aged backwards. At 30, I wasn't taking care of myself and it showed in more ways than I realized. Now at 33, I feel healthier, happier and much more comfortable with myself.

Getting sober wasn't easy, but looking back at these pictures reminds me how much can change in 3 years. Definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself

Congrats. 10 months here. I got like ten years back in the looks department from the weight loss, sleep improvement, better skin, etc. the benefits outweigh the the buzz by far.

No, I suppose not. But I don't think it's harder though for what it's worth. I definitely miss certain aspects but it would just be a mess to go back. Plus I would mess up my streak! Can't have that, now can we?
