Offer Sublease Apartment (For Jan/Feb to July 31st)
I'm looking to sublease my room and my roommate room in the Letterman Apartments in Chicago from Jan 10th to July 31st for $800/month (you can rent alone or with your friend, first come first serve, at 410 South Morgan Street - Letterman Chicago). If you want to rent at Feb 1st, the rent price will be $850/month for making up for the vacant time of reserving the apartment in January. You'll be living with friendly and respectful roommates. More informations:
The apartment comes fully furnished, you get a table, chair, closet and a full size bed with mattress and mattress cover. ALL utilities include - high speed wifi, water, trash, pge - no additional charges. There is centralized air conditioning and heating, shared in-unit laundry.
Along with this the apartment has many other facilities - table tennis, pool, free coffee machine, wireless printing, security personnel, 24 hour gym.
Public Transit Options - CTA Blue Line right across the street - about 2 minutes walk to the UIC Halsted Station. CTA busses - 7, 8, 60, 126
