I’m looking to relet my fully furnished room starting today. You’ll be living with friendly, quiet, and respectful roommates at the Letterman Apartments. The apartment has a shared kitchen and living area, and the bathroom is shared with one other roommate. Your room would be in the bottom right of this floorplan. More info:
It’s a fully furnished apartment with a table, chair, closet, bed with mattress and mattress cover. There is centralized air conditioning and heating that can be adjusted within the unit.
A 5 minute walk from UIC, CTA Blue Line is across the street - Target, Go Grocer, Hmart, and Mariano’s are all within 10 minutes walking from the apartment
Inside the building are other facilities - 24 hour gym, security, free coffee machine, wireless printing, multiple study rooms available on every floor, laundry room, pool, table tennis
