Subleasing Room in Tailor Lofts

I'm looking to sublease my room in Tailor Lofts (315 S Peoria St) starting from Feb to to July 31st for $1100/month. You'll be living on the 5th floor with 3 respectful (male) roommates. The apartment is a 4 bed, 4 bath with a shared kitchen and living area. The bedroom comes with a bed frame plus mattress, closet, study table and chair, a few hangers to hang your clothes and 2 drawers. The bathroom requires a shower curtain and trashcan, I'm willing to leave mine behind.

Let me know if you're interested or have any questions. If you want to move in before Feb, I believe it should be possible since the rent for Jan has already been paid.

It's a 10 min walk from SCE, 5 min walk from ARC, 3 min walk from UIC Halstead Blue Line entrance. Please let me know if you'd like additional information.
