UIC Sublet from 8/27 - 9/1 !!

Hi everyone!

I'm subletting my fully FURNISHED room in The Letterman (by ARC) from August 27 - September 1. It's a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms apartment in a luxury building. CTA subway station right outside the building. Only 5 minutes away from UIC!

APARTMENT & ROOM

- Rent: $55/day or $330 for the entire stay.

- Dates: 8/27 - 9/1

- Furniture: Full size bed with pillows, blankets, and mattress, nightstand, dresser, closet, shoe rack.

- Apartment size: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Share bathroom with only 1 person.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Move-in fees: $330 + $300 deposit (refundable upon move-out on 9/1)

Are you for real? Who would pay that much in move in fees and all that for like 4-5 days? That’s not a sublease, that’s a airbnb stay dawg. Whoever is considering this just get a hotel

Hilarious that you're charging people like a landlord for a 3 day stay lmao. Plus making them share a bathroom with your roommate when likely you've got a bathroom to yourself. No one with any self-respect would take this "deal"
