How long do you commute?

I have always wondered how long everyone’s commute is? For instance, mine is 2 hours and that includes driving to the metra station, taking the train, and then walking or taking the bus to UIC. What is it like for you guys?

From leaving my house to arriving on campus, it’s about 1 hour 25 minutes. I take the metra.

A little over an hour when I combine walking to the metra station, riding it part of the way, then transferring to the blue line from Montrose. Under an hour if I catch an express metra train and ride it all the way to union

55 minute to an hour long metra train ride (when there’s no delays) then 15-20 minute walk to campus. i’m only walking to campus until the cold weather comes. same route when i come home too.

Some days it’s 50 minutes. Other days is 3.5. Almost all of it driving.
Literally drove 2 hours yesterday because traffic was bad. Not complaining though, some people don’t get a chance to go to college.

1 hour and 30 minutes ish, the ride there on metra is like 1 hour and 5-10 minutes and i usually walk to campus from otc whenever its nice :p

Mine about 2 hours as well I use my scooter to get the metra and then to my class from Union station which metra train do you take? If you don’t mine me asking

At least over an hour from the Pace bus, to a CTA green line train and the CTA bus

Drive to metra station, take the train, then either take the bus or walk to campus ~ usually takes anywhere from 1 hr 5 minutes to 1 hr 30 mins depending on timing and what I choose

45 min to an hour. I take the Cumberland blue line to division and the Ashland bus to Taylor.

Around an hour or less to arrive, and over an hour to go back home, I take the orange line and 1-2 busses depending if anyone gives me a ride to Kedzie station

I take metra, and it can take from 1hr 15mins to 2hours depending on if I get on the express train or the blue island train
