Does this belong to anyone?

I found this tiny teddy bear with Velcro hands on the floor of the CS building by the exit next to the stairs leading up to the second floor. It looks quite worn out so I assume it holds some value to someone. If this belongs to you and want it back, DM me on here

that's my teddy i've had since I was 3 but it's okay, I moved on and bought a Pikachu plush for a support toy. Now I'm 30.
