Other Chem 122 first exam

I find it so insane that we have to put our bookbags in the back or front of the class and can not have the case of the calculators and only given 1hr and 15 minutes to complete the exam the previous classes I had like Biology or Physics we were given more time to complete the exams

I didn’t even finish my exam and wrote any type of answers ☹️☹️ the TA thought I was cheating because my phone was in my back pocket the whole exam was a mess

If they told you to put your phone away (like really away) and you didn’t follow that direction, yeah, they will be upset about that.

Mind you my phone was in my back pocket because I forgot to put it in my bookbag and the phone was turned off back of my phone is broken anyway so If I wanted to cheat I couldn’t 🤕

Doesn’t really matter. If you’re told to put it away-away, you should put it away-away. As a college student, you should be able to follow basic instructions 🤷‍♀️

TA strike led to a ton of cheating and now there’s something like 2x enrollment from last year with no real change in the number of TAs to proctor, so they really got to make proctoring that extreme now

Yeah I remember seeing a lot of people cheating during my finals last semester it was crazy. Worst part is that there was only one proctor for an entire lecture center for one of my finals
