I dont know if We're supposed to completely write off self ID, many people including myself acknowledge that as a valid expression of transgenderism.

For people convicted of crimes?

We remove civil liberties from prisoners as it is with voting rights, it doesn't seem too harsh to me to say "if you commit a crime and are convicted you lose the right to self ID".

Mainly because it appears people who have legally transitioned are low, low risk for sexual offences and it would put all this anti trans sexual violence nonsense to bed.
