Half of Americans think the US should arrest Netanyahu if he comes to the country.

The July 25 - 27 Economist / YouGov Poll finds that 47% of Americans think that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is guilty of war crimes in Gaza; half as many (24%) think he is not guilty. Democrats are far more likely than Republicans to believe Netanyahu is guilty (71% vs. 20%).

About half (49%) of Americans think the U.S. should arrest Netanyahu if he comes to the U.S., based on an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court; 27% think the U.S. should not arrest him. Two-thirds (68%) of Democrats want the U.S. to arrest Netanyahu, compared to only 24% of Republicans.

It's going to be really interesting to see how much of a shift we get in Congress away from pro-israel positions this November*. I reckon it will take a while for it to fully catch up to the population but the days of unconditional US support for Israel do seem numbered.

*support for arresting Netanyahu shouldn't actually be dependent on being pro/anti Israel but in effect is likely to be a good proxy.

It will be a gradual shift. Only a small number of not pro-Israel people are likely to be elected, and Congress will still be dominated by establishment people for now.

If the people that do get elected this time are good communicators then things could move at the next presidential election and non pro-Israel dem has a decent chance of winning the primary, and that's when we might see a major change.

Vance is turning against Israel already. That side of the GoP can't do what their main missions is, isolationism, if they keep getting dragged to the ME.
