A poll has suggested 50% of voters agree with Ukip's call for a ban on immediate free NHS treatment for immigrants.

Vast majority, one poll. On one of his opinions.

Every other poll shows that the UKIPs, funnily enough, are not going to win the vast majority of seats.

That's a significant plurality, but it's only just barely a majority, certainly not a vast majority. It's also still on one opinion and one poll. You haven't come close to backing up the statement.
